Si les hablo de Dropbox, SkyDrive, Box, etc… no les estaré diciendo nada nuevo. Son servicios muy populares y útiles, que han llegado para quedarse y que, sin duda, nos facilitan la vida enormemente.
Si los combinamos y además les agregamos soporte para FTP, SFTP, capacidad de crear respaldos de bases de datos MySQL y hasta de sitios web enteros, entonces ya estamos hablando de Backup Box, un extraordinario servicio del que probablemente se convertirá en un gran aliado.

Debo aclarar que, a pesar de que algunas funciones no se encuentran lo suficientemente maduras, igual funcionan muy bien y el servicio en general me ha dejado un buen sabor de boca, sobre todo por la opción de respaldos programados. Los invito a echarle un vistazo y comentar sus impresiones.

Me ha pasado dos veces últimamente que necesito conocer alguna manera de que diferentes personas que han participado en un mismo evento puedan subir las fotografías a algún sitio para compartir con el resto de personas que han oarticipado. No quiero que sean públicas, ni en facebook ya que no todo el mundo tiene. He pensado una carpeta compartida en dropbox, pero me gustaría algo más tipo flickr o picasa pero sin tener que crear una cuenta y dar la contraseña a todo el mundo.
Necesito un programa tipo Dropbox pero sin tener que meterla dentro de otras carpetas.
Mi caso es el siguiente:
Tengo dos carpetas que necesito que estén subidas en internet y, que si se realice algún tipo de cambios en los archivos, se actualice cuando lo haga o cuando se inicie el ordenador o programado. Pero esas dos carpetas son dos programas tipo base de datos y los datos no se guardan en archivos concretos. Por eso necesito que las carpetas no se tenga que mover a otras carpetas para que el programa se active o algo.

Hola, quisiera saber donde se encuentra la carpeta de archivos del porcentaje de avance del juego. Ya me veo forzado a formatear, y llevo el juego bastante abanzado, me molestaria bastante tener que rapetir de nuevo el juego.
Si hay alguien que sepa donde se encuentra, le agradeceria mucho su aportación.

Sucede que necesito Formatear mi PC pero no tengo memorias USB’s ni Discos Duros para guardar un backup de mis archivos, alguno de ustedes me podrian colaborar informandome si se puede acceder a algun sitio en internet donde yo pueda guardar mis archivos en este lugar, formatear mi equipo y luego volver a este sitio y coger mis archivos y volver a pegarlos en mi disco duro ya formateado.

La verdad es que no tengo ningún programa basura de esos como Ares, barras para los navegadores, etc, ni tengo antivirus por que decido que esa compu no tendrá contacto con Internet, ja, voy a usar mi compu de escritorio para navegar por Internet y la laptop para los juegos, así que solo tendría que formatearla si le pasara virus con la memoria.
tengo unos backup de juegos de xbox y cuando los inserto sale disco sucio o dañado, e visto varias formas de hacer backup de los juegos pero lo mismo, la consola esta desbloqueada y todo, otras copias de juegos las corre perfectamente, vi en unas respuestas, que lo que debo hacer es bajar una actualización para mi consola, pero mi internet es muy malo y llevar la consola a un ciber tampoco es opción, puedo bajar la actualización y después cargarla en mi consola. Alguien la tiene y me la puede enviar victor_play2@yahoo.es o decirme como hacerlo, ´porque entre en xboxlive y esta todo en ingles y aunque pudiera traer mi consola a donde tengo un buen internet, no entiendo nada, en realidad la consola es de mi hijo y yo no tengo idea de que hacer y como no vivo con el no me voy a traer laconsola una semana y todo eso, es un puro problema

Install cracked iPod games with a mac
Instructions
- Plug iPod in Mac
- Open iTunes, and go to the iPod section, then to the “Games” tab.
- Uncheck “synchronize games” box. Then click apply.
- Also, in the “Summary” tab uncheck “open iTunes when this iPod is connected”. Sometimes the terminal commands will not respond correctly if the iPod is mounted in iTunes only and not the finder.
- Quit iTunes
- go to /Applications/Utilities/iPod Software Updater/
- right click iPod Updater 2006-03-23
- select “Show Package Contents”
- go to Contents/Resources/Updates
- delete “Firmware-13.6.1.1″
- copy over “5.5g Firmware.bin” to the “Contents/Resources/Updates” folder inside of the “iPod Updater 2006-03-23” from your original torrent.
- rename the bin file to “Firmware-13.6.1.1″ (not “Firmware-13.6.1.1.bin). To ensure this has been done correctly select the newly renamed Firmware and hit “command I” to get the info. Under the name and extension section, again make sure that it has just “Firmware-13.6.1.1”. If you are ever prompted with a dialog box, just choose “Use .1”.
- Next, enter the following command in the Terminal (Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app), then press return:
mount | fgrep Volumes
- The result should be a line that begins with “/dev/disk…”. For example:
/dev/disk1s3 on /Volumes/ipod_nano (local, nodev, nosuid, journaled)
- In the preceding example, the disk number is ’1′. Make a note of the numeric digit appearing after the word “disk”; disregard the letter “s” and following digit(s). Enter the following command in the terminal, then press return:
cd “/Applications/Utilities/iPod Software Updater.localized/iPod Updater 2006-03-23.app/Contents/Resources/Updates”
-Now backup your current firmware. Enter the following command, but substitue the ‘?’ with the number you made a note of in the first step, followed by hitting “return”:
dd if=/dev/disk?s2 of=my_ipod_firmware
- Now, perform the downgrade by entering the following command, but substitute the ‘?’ with the number you made a note of in the first step, followed by hitting “return”:
dd if=Firmware-13.6.1.1 of=/dev/disk?s2
- Wait for the Terminal to complete the installation (your iPod’s wheel will be spinning in the upper left corner of the screen during the installation.)
- Eject the iPod when it’s complete and it should reboot. If it doesn’t, hold down Select and Menu until it does.
- A windoze looking ‘disk mode’ screen will appear with the options

- Select Apple OS and your iPod screen turns blue for a few seconds and then works normally. The Firmware should show 1.2.1.
- open “Blind”
- Go to the folder inside of your iPod named “iPod_Control”
- Copy the folder “Games_RO” (original torrent) into this folder. If it is already present, it is ok, to overwrite it.
- Open “Blind”
- Open iTunes
- You will be prompted that “purchased items are on your ipod………would you like to transfer them to iTunes”. You check “Do not ask me again” and then select “Don’t transfer”.
- You may now return all settings you previously had in iTunes except for syncing games, leave that unsynced.
